REGULAR JAPE SNAKES
The typical regular JS will have four legs, with 3 clawed fingers on each hand. A minimum of 3 spikes is found on their tail, the amount representing its type (Lesser, Greater, etc.)
Colorful scales similar to a snake's cover the body of the creature.
Their mouth is filled with short sharp teeth; only the front of the mouth doesn't have them, so that the snake can easily flick its tongue if needed.
Jape snakes are found all across Elsewhere. The regular ones are the easiest to come across.
They are said to be the original snakes. All other breeds are descendents of first generated snakes who had mutations, which were passed down onto offsprings, creating new sub-species.
